Flag Books are the ingenious invention of Hedi Kyle (the queen of Book Arts). My own take on this magical book form uses flags made from paste paper. A match made in heaven!
In today's tutorial, I show you three techniques to decorate your little flags for this book. It will be a nice reference for my Art Is You Pasted and Flagged students.
