1 quart chicken stock
2 diced carrots
a diced onion, or some leeks
Mini cheese ravioli
spinach, or parsley and parmeggiano
Saute the carrots and onions in olive oil. Pour in the broth, bring to a simmer. Add the ravioli and simmer 'til they float. Add chopped spinach. Garnish with parmeggiano or parmesan :)
Dinner: 15 minutes.
Mix it up and add some peas or mushrooms or whatever greens you like.
