A riot of color is patiently coaxed from vegetables, flowers, roots and leaves and infused
Very pretty. I love the natural aspect and gentle dying methods.

Thanks Janelle. Yes, gentle and patient. The colors have an inconsistency and depth that I really love.

Yes, the bamboo is almost like a silk jersey. Very drapey and soft. This is the first time Ive used it.

Hello, my new favorite blog!!! Found you over at Jenny Doh's. Your statement shot straight to my heart.
"The slow building of my life as an artist gives me a clear knowledge: I am doing it, you can too."
I'm putting it on paper so I can see it every day.

Bamboo sheets ... they must be super soft and comfortable. It's such lux fabric, though it took some doin' to get used to sewing with it. Ball point needles. We are hoping to have some more bamboo and lightweight silk for spring. It's gonna be awhile till we really get goin. xo
