How are you? I am beginning to get my feet underneath me again; using this time off to journal, draw, crochet, stitch and go slowly.
I am slowly waking up again. Not there yet but the beginning of a outward energy is whispering inside. I'm not at all depressed. Just feel that I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel energy-wise.
You do such soul-satisfying work. I hope you feel energized soon!

The detail of the poppies makes a lovely picture all by itself - mysterious and magical.

Just wanted to tell you that this is one of my favorite things that you have done lately.
The colors are simply stunning and I can totally relate to the sentiment, unfortunately for me, rock bottom tends to be where I hang out, instead of just drift too. Still haven't figured out this whole self-care thing. Oh well.
Thanks for sharing.

I love the quote. Captures my feeling right now. It just dawned on me that August is almost over. What?!! Were did summer go? In my mind, we should be moving towards August. I have a whole lot of things to get done before the snow flies. I am hoping that energy will return with cooler temps. Thanks for checking in. xo

Thank you, Ally. I think self-care (so well put!) is really challenging. Im so sorry that you are hanging out rock bottom. You have given me an idea for posting though. Ill get to it.

Hey Jeannie, In retrospect, the summer did go fast - it just seems like July was endless with the heat. As bad as February in my book. And lets not talk about snow flying just yet! YIKES!
