And here it is! This is a very simple journal with a couple of nice details that I keep it in my Journal Kit. Part of the reason for the timing for the Journal Kit video and this journal tutorial is because 21 Secrets is starting Monday. You can sign up at via the side bar.
Here is the video

And here is the PDF Download OneSheetOneJournal
Linked below is another video showing a three hole pamphlet stitch. This one is just 2 more holes; one hole is placed between the middle and top hole and the other hole is placed between the middle and bottom hole.
Edit: I forgot to give you the link for Diane Reaveley's ghosting technique with Dylusions ink sprays and stencils. Pretty cool.

Enjoy!

I just watched your journal video... thanks for sharing the techniques. I use a Corner Chomper - i think it's by We R Memory Keepers - when making cards and I think you would find it much easier to use than the punch on the heavy paper.

Just in case no one has mentioned it to you lately, you are FABULOUS!!! I imagine you have no idea the inspiration you are to all of us. Thank you for all you do!

Fab video tutorial. I love making my own journals & books. I agree whole-heartedly about using the We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper! I love mine and use it all the time for corner rounding several sheets of cardstock at a time. It also goes through chipboard & thicker materials easily too. However I don't recommend it to be used with plastic, acetate, or transparency. Mine always gets stuck when I try it (yeah, the first time it got stuck apparently didn't teach me a lesson).
Btw, I LOVE your book Journal Spilling, and recommend it to my students regularly!

I meant to leave this yesterday but I must have seen something shiny and got distracted! That happens a lot with me. First thanks for the little tutorial. What a fun little journal. And just to reinforce what a couple of others have said, the We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper -- you won't be sorry. I think you could almost "chomp" that whole little journal in one squeeze!

Thank you! Im glad you enjoyed the tutorial. I just watched your swatch book vid - nice way to use a maze book. I love teaching them to my teen journaling students

Thanks Laurie! I just order the Chomper. It sounds like a worthwhile purchase. As to shiny things - yes. Me too. Have a good weekend.

Hmmmm a corner chomper - I reckon the budget can manage one of those little gizmoes :) They look very . . . satisfying.

Wow... I've never made my own journal like that before. I created one out of cardstock and brown paper lunch bags with ring binders, but nothing like this... you say you have a 100 0f these?? They come out looking great! Would love to try and make one myself one of these days :) Thanks for sharing the video!

Is that what it's called? LoL. I didn't know that. Ha ha! I was just playing with my scoreboard and Tim Holtz' paper with the 2"x2" squares when I made it. I'm honored you watched it. Thank you! =)
