Stitch this to that and let the sun shine on it

The almost-not-there

And the murmur-soft of old cloth

Rummaging in the scraps. Listening to the whispers.

A nasty little tummy virus struck late Thursday night, receded Saturday and recurred. Today is slow.
Hope you are on the mend today. I really enjoy the stitched art that you show us. It would really be great if we could learn the various fabrics and how you achieved the colors.
Take Care,

I hope you have moved beyond jello and broth and are feeling much better. Love the lovely old cloths. The colors, design, and your stitching are so warm and beautiful. Heal!!!

I can relate... I was in the hospital yesterday... just this weird time of year. I wish it would make up it's mind already... warm or cool? I can't handle the t-shirt one day and a winter coat the next.

Jen, I hope it wasn't too serious. Are you OK now?

Much better, thank you Jeannie. Just a small virus. Back to normal! Thanks for your nice comment

Barb, most of the hand dyes I use are from dyers such as Deb Lactiva. Also a few from Shibori Girl. A very few are my own experiments though I hope to broaden my knowledge over the summer.
