I'm still stuck in the middle here with a slow recovery. I now have a contact lens in my bad eye so that has been very helpful, cutting down on the dizzy spells and disorientation. I can drive and read with just one pair of glasses - readers. Tuesday is the 2nd surgery.
All of my usable time is spent on the Curious class and I'm getting super excited about it. Beginner Mixed Media Watercolor. It should be up by the end of September and will be available at Curious. Also, and EEEEEK! Golden send me nine of their new QoR watercolors. They are quite luscious. On the same level as Daniel Smith and M Graham. I wouldn't say "revolutionary." But I'm not in the marketing business ;)
Love ya' all! I can't wait to get back to normal work schedule.
Get better soon! And tel Golden to send me some paints too, they look nice. :-)

I'd like Golden to send some paints to me as well but a little voice says "Don't you think you should use some of the paint you have first?" And I agree, but I can't sew and weave and make thingies (very technical term that) out of shells and rocks and plant some veg and walk on the beach AND paint . . . something's gotta give! Rememeber when I bemoaned a lack of time because of the day-job? It's got worse, not better! This is turning into a blog post so I think I'll have to copy it and repost.
Glad to hear the vision progress is good!
