Here's an easy idea. Something to do with the kiddo's *or not*
Gather up any old stickers: Avery labels for example. You could even use masking tape. Pull out some stamps and ink pads and go to town.
This is the perfect use for some of those odd ball stamps that you might not use otherwise: dollar store, kid stamps, tiny hearts and stars from the clear stamp sets.
Just swipe your ink pad over the white sticker sheet for a shot of color and stamp away. I left some space around mine so they could be circle punched. Texture stamps (or stencils) are fun too.
I used pigment inks on these and colored some of my stickers with copic markers (well, Spectrum Noir markers). And stamped with either Stayz On or pigment. Use What You Have.
Slightly embarrassing admission: I bought a package of Planner stamps. Full price. I couldn't help it. Don't judge me.
I love doing this on full sticker sheets and making my own washi strips. I'll paint it using all colors, very bright and happy, then stamp or doodle images all over. Great on envelopes and journal pages. I've even swapped a few times with friends.

Cool! Does the wetness of the paint interfere with the sticky? I’ve done this for years but used drier coloring like markers or stamp pads. My kids loved it.

I use mini/peg stamps all the time, so no shame from me! In some ways a really small stamp in a wink or a nudge. I'm not affiliated but…

I LOVE his peg stamps (and much of his incredible stamps). If artistic nudes are an issue this is not the site, though.
Anyway I use mini/pegs to decorate papers like you did, semi-randomly, but I also keep them at hand to embellish collage papers during construction. A frame might need stars, sort of thing. I often go tone-on-tone to create subtle visual texture (so a picnic gets a background paper with mini bees)). Lots of uses and easy to have around as long as you have a mini stamp pad (VersaFine finally finally finally produced some -- a perfect stamp pad for getting super find details).
Anyway, I'm just an ad for my favorites today! BUT you did inspire me to make some of my own paper again. I've been processing magazines lately to get them into my stash.

Oh Wow!! I’m super excited about those Meer Image stamps. Thanks so much for introducing me to them. I can’t seem to get off my high horse about What Is Art. In fact, you are inspiring a new post tomorrow - hopefully. I’m kind of hot and cranky right now :) Thanks so much, SusanJane. The Versafine stamp pad has been on my wish list. I’ll def get one.
