There was loads of journal spills last week, a very good week! Here are some photos from my class at Princeton U with the Women's Group. It was a blast.
Everyone got a piece of 8.5" x 11" paper and we began with a word spill. On top of that was a drawing game, then coloring, then collage and then ...
Fold and cut in a little Maze book ... This video is from my online class Circle Journal.

I had Open Studio on Saturday and we all art journaled using Gelatos, the Distress and Marabu crayons and loads of Dina Wakely paints. As usual, I forgot to take pictures.
The next Open Studio is November 11. See more here.
I realized this past Saturday that one of my main Missions in Life was coming true. I had folks laughing and talking and making joyful art in my studio and I enabled that. It made me feel really good.
Those young women of Princeton were open to anything. It's enormously encouraging to see so many people making art. So go ahead, you too! Make some joyful art today.
Here are some basic art supplies. These are the things I brought with me to Princeton. You don't need three sets of markers! The Zigs are brushes and work wonderfully well to give you a watercolor effect. The Tombows and Distress are dual nib tips: a small and a large. Affiliate links, I get a commission. I recommend only what I use and love. Use what you have.
The maze books from the class at Princeton are fantastic and full of the vibrancy of youth. I am so lucky to know you and to participate in making joyful art in your studio. It’s your fun, “anything goes” approach to making art that encourages your participants to do the same thing.
